Filled croissants in Dortmund
Our croissants don't arrive empty. There are five sweet varieties on the menu, along with several savoury ones. Find Café Bernstein at Kampstraße 45 in Dortmund city centre.
Pistachio croissant
Our pistachio croissant is filled with fine pistachio cream and topped with ground pistachios.
In summer, we also offer a strawberry and pistachio version, adding fresh strawberries to the pistachio cream. It's off the menu outside strawberry season.
Lotus, Bueno and Nutella
Three more sweet varieties are regulars on the menu:
- Lotus with Lotus cream and crunchy Lotus crumbles.
- Bueno with Bueno cream, chopped hazelnuts and Bueno pieces.
- Nutella and banana, the classic for anyone who likes to keep it simple.

Savoury croissants
If you prefer a savoury breakfast, our choices include:
- Fried egg with avocado, fried egg and cream cheese.
- Gouda with lettuce, tomato and remoulade.
- Salami with Gouda, lettuce and remoulade.
The fried egg croissant is a small breakfast in itself. For a bigger appetite, try our six City breakfasts. Three of them include a croissant too.

Yes, the pistachio croissant is a regular on our menu. Only the strawberry version is limited to summer.

Yes. Every dish on our menu is also available to take away.

From opening: Monday to Thursday from 9:00, Friday to Sunday from 9:30.
