Data transfers to third countries

Forms
If you use one of our forms for a table booking, a job application, a review or a general message, we process your personal data exclusively for the purpose stated in that form. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, meaning your voluntary and informed consent.
The forms are technically processed through the service of our hosting provider Netlify (Netlify Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Netlify receives your details on our behalf and delivers them to us by email, which transfers the data to the USA. If you wish to avoid this, you can also contact us by phone or directly by email at any time.
Internal processing and file uploads
Bookings, job applications and feedback are also stored in Netlify Blobs and processed in our team app, which is exclusively for staff. This creates internal processing statuses and, where applicable, team notes. CVs are stored separately from form details.
A newly started file upload receives an upload session limited to one hour. A technical cleanup removes expired temporary remnants no earlier than 24 hours after the session expires. This does not affect completed applications or their CVs.
Google Fonts
The website currently uses externally loaded fonts from Google Fonts for its display. Loading the font files and associated stylesheets establishes a connection to Google servers; your IP address is also transmitted. This connection is independent of your consent to the Google Maps map.
Google Maps
We embed a Google Maps map on our contact page. Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland) is responsible for all Google services in the European region.
The map loads only when you explicitly click it on the contact page. Without this consent, the Google Maps map is not requested. Independently of this, the website loads fonts from Google Fonts, as described in the following section. Once you load the map, processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, meaning your consent. Your browser remembers your decision locally, and you can withdraw it at any time by deleting the website data in your browser settings.
You will find a link to our Instagram profile in the footer of every page. This is an ordinary link rather than an embedded feature, so no data is transmitted to Instagram when you visit our website. Only when you click the link do you leave our website. From that moment, the privacy policy of Instagram LLC, 1601 Willow Rd, Menlo Park CA 94025, USA applies.
The same applies to our Facebook page as to Instagram. The footer link transmits no data when our website loads, and Facebook learns of your visit only when you click it. Cookies
This website does not set cookies or embed analytics or advertising services. We store only two entries in your browser’s local storage: your response to the consent notice and your decision about the map, so we do not have to ask you again on every visit.
These entries remain on your device and are transmitted neither to us nor to third parties. You can remove them at any time by deleting the website data for this site in your browser.
Information about your rights as a data subject
